Your mission
- Actively develop and expand your own client portfolio across the DACH region
- Independently recruit IT and SAP specialists for contract staffing projects
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including client briefings, candidate interviews, and contract negotiations
- Utilize social networks and our internal database to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Ensure compliance with Swiss regulations and support contract preparation and administration
Your profile
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or personnel consulting, ideally within IT or technology recruitment
- A hunter mentality with a genuine passion for business development and candidate engagement
- Strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to close deals
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage
